Winners on Wheels

On Tuesday Anna got to ride her bike at school at this little event called "Winners on Wheels". All of the preschool classes bring their bikes (or scooters) and ride around a big loop in the parking lot - one class at a time.  Here she is bringing her bike outside...

Getting lined up ready to go!

She did really great - even when another kid ran into her.

She seemed proud to be one of the fastest riders, but it wasn't a race at all.  I was just happy she was having fun and not nervous about the traffic and maybe just a little bit proud that she was so fast. :)

What a cute little pre-school bike gang!!!

And they got popsicles at the end!!!

Here's a few other fun pictures from the last week or so...

Tony fixing our video camera.  A little wire on it broke so we couldn't see the screen.  It would have cost more than it was worth to send it in, so Tony ordered a part, dissassemble it, replaced the part, put it back together, and waaalaaah! it works again!!!  Gotta love engineers!!!

Anton pushing the girls on the swing.

Anton making a ball bearing out of magnets.  He was doing it again last night with an old CD motor, but I forgot to take a picture.  Too bad there's not a box on college apps for how much of your spare time you've spent working on geeky high tech experiments.  Surely it would offset the verbal SAT score!
