We headed downtown for dinner at 59 diner and some Aquarium rides a few weeks ago...![]()

Finally on the train. It goes under the shark tank, then by a little pond with a giant fake shark that comes up out of the pond to the tune of the "jaws" music. They loved the shark tank but were quite scared by the fake shark.
They went "fishing" for frogs and got a little nemo fish as a prize.
We also rode the carousel. Emma didn't like this last summer, but she enjoyed it this time.
Just in case you are wondering, we didn't actually go inside the Aquarium exhibit. We saw it last summer and that was enough - the tigers in the little cage at the end make me sad. Besides, it's a big maze of a building with the only bathrooms at the very beginning or the very end - not so friendly for a barely potty trained 3 year old. The outside rides are super fun though!
